Dance Eisteddfod

Today is officially the first day of the ICTDF and I am nervous, to say the least. As I have said in my 1000 last posts I have hurt my ankle really badly. I have been stressing out about dancing at this eisteddfod for the last week and to make matters worse my stupid dance teacher blames me for hurting it! She seems to think that I did it on purpose just to annoy her or something! Does she even realize that I don't want to be hurt? ARGH! Last night was our last rehearsal for WP and I had to dance, or I would be kicked out. My teacher, Kristy (nice one) told me that I could just mark and everything so that I didn't do anymore damage and that I would be fine for the eisteddfod. But oh no! Thats not happening with Carlie! She got up me for everything that I didn't do full out... like getting all the way to the ground, doing a knee drop (over your toes), not doing tap steps cause I couldn't... It's just so irritating... and then to make even more worse she threatened to take me out of the eisteddfod 3 times! I can't freaking help it!

Anyway, I have a contemporary and hip hop dance for school tonight and I am nervous that I can't do it because I worked on my ankle last night. I am going to do it no matter what, I just don't want it to be worse!

I don't know what to do...

Help!

Okay, I know I am not 'supposed' to talk to anyone, like a conversation or anything, but I really really need someone to talk to right now!

I think you would want to know what its about so here is the out line!

Last Friday, at youth group, we talked about gays and gay marriage and all! And as they are Christian they follow like EVERYTHING in the bible! And they especially follow the stuff about gays and how it says that they are wrong and sinners and whatever. They were having a LONG discussion about it while I was there (like 2 hours long) and I was dramatically offended by it all! It was so stupid how close minded and cold they all were about it! What surprised me most was one of my best friends, she is Christian, her Dad is the pastor but she never had a problem with any of it. What I found out on Friday is that she does and she agrees with it all! It just made me so upset and angry, which is strange because I am straight and it really shouldn't effect me that much, but I really need someone to talk to! So if anyone (Liana especially as I have talked to her about this before), but anyone, cant take a few minutes out of their stressful lives to talk to me, via comments, I would very muchly appreciate and love you forever (not that I don't ;)

Don't you find it so amusing how I didn't mention that it was my little sisters birthday today?

Well, today, the 1st of May is my little sister, Ellas, birthday. She is now officially 9 and I really hop maturity comes with the age! Shes dreadful at the moment!

It was actually really sad because she didn't get any presents today because we don't have any money! How horrible is that?! Well, I bought her a chocolate and so did my other sister and we wrapped them up in paper from my school notebook and decorated it. That is how poor we are! No kidding! That hat is made out of the paper from my school book too and my highlighters! (the colours are awesome, might I say {GELPHIE}) It's just sad... I thought I would share that!!

Here I sit, in English class, trying to concentrate but not really. We are only learning about short story writing, and I am pretty good at that myself anyway. I feel so tired and sore, my ankle is causing me so much pain (it feels like I am being stabbed repeatedly and then set on fire), my head is killing me (I am getting a cold) and none of this is helpful for my situation right now. I'll explain why I feel everything I am feeling.

I am tired because I had a sleepover on Saturday night. It was a studio sleepover, for all the 15 unders at dancing. We stayed up until 4.30am watching dance concert DVD's, practicing dance hair and discussing our upcoming eisteddfod. It was an amazingly fun night. We had pizza, coke, skittles, lollies, tim tams, chips and popcorn. That is why I am tired, well actually exhausted today.

I am sore because I had dancing for 6 hours yesterday. It was exhausting and extremely painful even though I didn't really do all that much (nothing hard out because of my ankle).

My ankle is killing because I danced on it yesterday. I know right, stupid? But I really had to dance! We have an eisteddfod this Thursday to Monday and I REALLY need to practice! GAH! It was stupid but at least I know my dances now, right? :D

Don't even ask why I am getting sick! I am angry and emotional about it! I HAVE AN EISTEDDFOD! PISS OFF! GAH! ANNOYING!

I am leaving cause I am angry and my head hurts from looking at this screen and thinking to much! See ya guys :) xx <3

Dancing Thoughts

I made this in a comment on my friend Liana's blogger account but I thought I might make my own post about it since I was really angry about it.

On Saturday afternoon I had my first netball game EVER! I was petrified because I am really bad at netball (no matter what my height is!). I think I did pretty well... got pulled up for stepping and obstruction twice. I did intercept a few passes, which I was happy with. Anyway to the point, I hurt my ankle! There, that was the main point, I hurt my ankle! I have no idea how, or when but I did.

I had jazz (full on) on Wednesday and we are preparing for our first eisteddfod which is next Friday to Monday (4th-7th May). We are in full rehearsal mode at the moment, working on ONLY dances and stuff, no technique classes. It's crazy mad at dancing at the moment! We have 11 dances, 4 of which are only just, or not even finished yet! It's nuts. So, with my hurt ankle and all I found it really hard to dance. I told my dance teacher and she practically said "You shouldn't be playing netball. If you play again you probably cant do the eisteddfod" I cracked up laughing in her face and was like "hahahaha, I am doing the eisteddfod whether I hurt my ankle or not!!" and walked away. 

From then on I felt like she was targeting me for some reason. If I did something wrong she was on me so quick I couldn't even think. Also, I wasn't doing all the steps properly because I couldn't put so much pressure on my ankle and she would like kill me for it! It was really horrible!

GAH!! So end of story there! My ankle is still killing me! I think I may die! But other then that, I hope everyone is having a great day! I love you all! xoxox
